I’m Pam Kosanke, a Certified EOS Implementer® in Minneapolis who coaches curious, visionary, people-first leadership teams through the messy middle of growth.
I spent 12 years at advertising giant Leo Burnett, rising to Vice President and working with brands like McDonald’s, Kellogg’s and Allstate. When I joined Renters Warehouse, an entrepreneurial real estate maverick, I walked into the best meeting of my professional life and never turned back. Everyone contributed. The most important issues got solved, not just talked about. Good leaders became great ones because they finally had the tools to think, lead and manage. With EOS, we grew from 2,000 to more than 25,000 properties under management and from 2 to more than 45 franchises, became the largest single-family rental property management company in the country, and sold to a private equity group. I’ve been implementing EOS since 2018.
In the room, I’m direct, playful and energetic. Sessions are lively, challenging and rewarding. We don’t tiptoe around hard conversations. We get honest, without judgment. I’m a coach at heart, so I work with individuals as well as the team, and I’m available between sessions. As a Martha Beck–certified Wayfinder Coach, I also offer 1:1 coaching and mid-manager training so the whole company grows, not just the top. And for all-company annual retreats, I deliver my keynote, CHANGE, on taking charge of your capacity, the “C” in GWC™, in an exponential world.
I work best with curious, creative leaders who care about their people, can laugh at themselves, and want business to be fun again. From Fortune 500 brands and ad agencies to construction, manufacturing, auto parts and nonprofits, I’ve worked in nearly every industry, including financial services, insurance, real estate, franchising, hospitality, restaurants, retail and professional services. I bring the best plays from each into your room. Whether your team is down the street or spread across the country, we meet in person (virtual sessions as needed!) in my Minneapolis session room or at a fantastic location of your choice, especially for Annual Session offsites.
