Dr. Nick Sarantopoulos

For over 30 years, I’ve helped businesses grow, first as an entrepreneur, then as the CEO of a federally insured banking institution, and in recent years as an EOS Implementer.

Like many of my clients, I’ve lived the pressure of leadership firsthand. Flat revenue, margin pressure, people issues, and constant competing priorities. When I was introduced to EOS, I experienced a real turnaround. Issues stopped resurfacing. Decisions stuck. Growth became intentional instead of reactive. That experience changed my career.

Today, I work with leadership teams who are successful but know they’ve hit a ceiling. Most have 10 to 250 employees and $2 to $50 million in revenue across manufacturing, biotech, engineering, legal, healthcare, construction, technology, energy, and private equity, some in complex or international environments.

My background combines real-world leadership with academic and coaching training, including a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA in Finance, and a Master’s in Marketing Communication. I am also a Rutgers University Certified Leadership Coach (ICF PCC) and a Certified Team Performance Coach. This rigorous coaching education and my experience allow me to see patterns quickly, stay calm under pressure, and help teams make decisions they’ve been avoiding. Coaching is based on the scientific principles of Developmental Psychology. It helps teams and leaders take decisive action in order to grow beyond their familiar patterns and habits, so that they can maximize their highest potential in life and business.
