For the past 20 years, I’ve lived the entrepreneurial journey myself. Early on, I joined a scrappy 10-person digital agency in NYC, helped scale it to 120 employees, and saw it through an 8-figure sale. Later, as part of the leadership team at a commercial real estate development firm in Detroit, I experienced firsthand the transformative power of EOS—working directly with Gino Wickman, the founder of EOS. In just a few years, we doubled our portfolio and built a culture of performance that made everyone proud to work there.
Those experiences shaped the way I work today. I know what it feels like to carry the weight of growth, to want more from your people, and to feel like alignment is just out of reach. And I also know the freedom, energy, and confidence that come when a leadership team gets clear, executes with discipline, and builds traction.
