About

Nick Duda works with Visionaries and leadership teams who want their companies to scale without losing focus, culture, or control.

His path to EOS® was shaped by lived experience and financial rigor. Nick began his career in public accounting, earned his CPA and CFA, and later worked within a family investment office supporting and evaluating privately held businesses. That foundation trained him to think long-term—about capital, risk, and enterprise value—not just short-term growth.

Nick later became CEO and co-owner of a tech-enabled, route-based distribution company, working alongside the founder to professionalize the organization and scale operations. By implementing EOS® with discipline, the leadership team gained clarity, accountability, and executional traction—building strong operational roots that ultimately supported a successful exit.

Having carried real leadership responsibility through growth, complexity, and pressure, Nick brings a calm, practical approach to EOS implementation. He understands the weight leaders carry and focuses on helping teams simplify, align, and execute—so the business can grow without constant firefighting.

Today, Nick helps leadership teams strengthen their foundations first, enabling sustainable growth, healthier teams, and greater long-term enterprise value.

Outside of work, Nick stays grounded through health, time outdoors, and time with his young family. He is an avid swimmer and enjoys tending to his succulent garden—small, consistent practices that reflect his belief in steady, intentional growth.
