I have been through the joys and struggles of entrepreneurship for over 20 years. My last company experienced rapid growth, but we stalled. We took on big challenges, such as rebranding, growing our staff fivefold, and entering new markets. Our meetings were ineffective, and our problems remained unresolved. It started to feel political, and I began to doubt my leadership abilities. I was frustrated.

Fortunately, a mentor introduced me to EOS. With the help of a great coach, I implemented EOS and replaced the complicated mishmash of management tactics I was using.

EOS completely transformed our business. Our team became happier, and we attracted the right clients. Our margins improved, and things ran smoothly. I ultimately sold to a private equity fund.

With more free time, I began investing in and mentoring leaders. I discovered my passion for coaching entrepreneurial teams to reach their full potential. Becoming a successful entrepreneur does not have to be hard.
