In 2016, after running my landscaping and construction company for 8 years, I found myself waking up at 3 AM, overwhelmed by struggles. Despite my efforts, we were losing money, attracting the wrong people, and dealing with unhappy customers. That all changed after reading Traction and hiring a professional EOS implementer.
Within a couple of years, we turned the business around. I found renewed fulfillment as a business owner, spent more quality time with my family, and saw employees become more engaged with the company’s vision. I then applied EOS to my new venture, The 1530, an event venue with a commercial kitchen, and continue to see similar success.
After experiencing this transformation in my businesses, I knew I had to share EOS with my community. My mission is to not just transform businesses but impact lives—offering hope and showing entrepreneurs a better way. I understand the struggles entrepreneurs face, and I’m passionate about helping them break free from those challenges to build something lasting.
