After 28 years of coaching entrepreneurial leaders at a Fortune 90 financial services company, I’ve seen what happens when smart, capable teams get stuck. Frustration builds, momentum stalls, and the work stops being fun.

Today, I partner with financial services firms, women entrepreneurs, and business leaders across Central Virginia to help them simplify their businesses, scale with confidence, and lead with clarity.

As a Certified EOS Implementer®, Certified Coach, and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU), I bring structure, strategy, and heart to every session. I’m calm under pressure, deeply curious, and not afraid to ask the tough questions. Clients often call me a “Velvet Hammer” because I’m direct but kind, and because I help them get to the root of issues and solve them in a way that sticks.
