How I became an EOS Implementer
I’m an EOS Implementer with a background in Digital Transformation in Service related industries and executive leadership within small and enterprise organisations.
My journey began, when I had the privilege of helping Queensland’s tourism operators adopt digital technologies to become more competitive. It was during this time that I found a passion of seeing others thrive – a passion that drives me to this day.
What followed was an invaluable journey where I started and, candidly, lost my own business, transitioned into multiple small and enterprise organisations across various service industries and ultimately found my way into a start-up MarTech organisation running on EOS.
Experiencing the genuinely transformative impact of EOS first-hand – not just on our financials and operations, but culturally too – was profound. This experience compelled me to become an EOS Implementer myself.
Today, I leverage my unique blend of executive insight and real-world entrepreneurial experience to help business owners gain control, achieve clarity and get what they want from their business..
