I started my first business at 19 and spent the next 33 years building it into a company I eventually sold. Along the way, I launched and exited more than a dozen other businesses across industries—from transportation to retail to hospitality. After selling my company, I thought early retirement might be the next chapter. But with too much energy (and too many ideas), I quickly realized I wasn’t done.
That’s when I took a role with a consulting firm, traveling and speaking to business leaders. During that time, I came across Traction and the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS). Reading that book was a turning point. For the first time in years, I felt the same spark I had when I was 19 and just starting out. I knew I had found what was next.
Becoming a Professional EOS Implementer® has been the most rewarding work of my career. EOS isn’t just theory, it’s a set of simple, proven tools that solve the real-world problems entrepreneurs wrestle with every day. And because I’ve lived those same challenges myself, I can connect the dots between the tools and the reality of running a business.
I approach EOS differently because I bring decades of entrepreneurial experience to the table, bridging the gap between big-picture vision and practical action. Helping business owners get unstuck, gain clarity, and finally run their companies instead of being run by them, that’s what gets me excited to jump out of bed every morning.
