I decided to become an EOS Implementer after experiencing first-hand the tremendous impact EOS had on our company. The impact on our Owner’s relationship with the company, with our leadership team, and how that cascaded to all the employees and our financial results, was beyond anything I had experienced.
Prior to becoming a Professional EOS Implementer®, I worked in Portland for 30+ years in operations within industries including manufacturing, consumer products, ecommerce, and professional services. Although I started my career in larger companies, such as Nike, my time spent with smaller, more entrepreneurial businesses was by far the most fun and rewarding.
What I love about EOS is that it’s a complete, practical, and proven system that uses time-tested tools and disciplines to drive results. It was built to create the most impact in the shortest time and allows me to coach and facilitate so companies can make this part of their own DNA and, ultimately, run it themselves.
