As a Legacy EOS Implementer, my journey has been one of deep love and service to the entrepreneurial spirit. For over 14 years, I have had the privilege of leading 850+ EOS sessions, helping leadership teams clarify their vision, gain real traction, and become healthy.

Along the way, I discovered a deeper truth: the most powerful operating system is the one running inside the leader. My “why” evolved—from building great companies to liberating the leaders who run them.

Today, my work is Freedom Coaching. It’s born from my own journey:

Leading a third-generation family business
Bringing entrepreneurial principles into my marriage and family of four children
