I’ve been a leader my whole career.
Out of college I became an infantry officer in the Marine Corps right before 9/11.
I ultimately led marines in combat Iraq and Afghanistan, and witnessed firsthand how effective communication of vision, discipline and accountability, and healthy teams could drive great performance in the most challenging environments.
I’ve since started 3 successful companies in the past 15 years:
I’ve also made every mistake you could possibly imagine along the way, and many of the mistakes you’ll make as a small business owner.
I implemented EOS when I was launching my second company and witnessed how implementing simple tools in a small business can bring order out of the chaos, and drive amazing results.
I’ve lived EOS for 10 years – it helped me get what I want out of business and life.
It’s my passion to teach these tools to entrepreneurial leadership teams, and help them get what they want out of their businesses.
