I’m Mike Gruley, a Certified EOS Implementer® based in Northville, Michigan. I work with successful entrepreneurs and leadership teams throughout Southeast Michigan who are ready to break through to their next level.
I bring 40 years of entrepreneurial experience and more than 3,000 hours of client sessions to the room. I understand the demands of building and leading a business because I’ve lived them.
My favorite teams are already running successful businesses and are ready to reach their next level. They think positively and are willing to look honestly at what’s holding them back. They’re open to feedback, willing to be vulnerable, and ready to make changes. They also have a sense of humor. Fun is part of our journey together.
I teach, coach, and facilitate while your leadership team owns the decisions and the work. Together, we use EOS to get to the root of issues, strengthen your team, and build the discipline to follow through.
If this sounds like your team, let’s start with an introductory call.
