Experienced Enterpreneur – I’ve felt the pain and experienced the thrills of being an entrepreneur. I led a small family owned business in a stagnant geographic market to 7x growth, ultimately negotiating the successful sale of the company.
Data Driven – As a CPA I learned the importance of accurate historical financial data. As a business owner myself, I learned the importance of using forward facing metrics to ensure my business was on track for future growth and profitability.
Client Focused – I have coached other business owners, training them to run their business and challenging them to stop letting the business run them. A client recently shared with me that he was headed to the beach for a week with his family – the first vacation he felt he could take since he started his business several years ago!
