Mike began his own journey as an entrepreneur when he co-founded a training company in 1993. As CEO, he grew the business with the help of his team to be an internationally recognized company.
Along his journey, Mike joined the Young President’s Organization (YPO) in 2000. While working closely with business leaders in YPO, he discovered a passion and talent for his own teaching and facilitation. As a result, Mike has been professionally delivering programs for YPO groups in the US and internationally since 2007.
In 2015, Mike sold his training business to focus on helping business leaders implement EOS® combining his business experience and love of teaching and group facilitation. His business background provides context for the power and application of the EOS® tools in an entrepreneurial company. Couple that with his 10 years of teaching and facilitating business executives, Mike is able to help his clients navigate the tough but powerful conversations needed to move their business forward. The result is an aligned vision, better execution, a healthier leadership team and organizational results.
