Michelle grew up in a household where both her parents had their dream jobs, owning an auto part store. This was Michelle’s first job and an introduction into the impact a well run entrepreneurial business can have on the owners, employees, their families and a community.
Since then, she’s gone on to earn her PmP (Project Management Certification) and MBA while working in corporate America, but she could never shake wanting to see more small-mid sized businesses accomplish their visions and last the test of time. Once Michelle discovered EOS, she decided to focus on this passion by becoming an EOS implementer full time.
When not working, Michelle loves to spend time with family, friends, biking (pedal-pedal) and attending church.
