I grew up watching my parents build something real. They owned an auto parts store — and from my first shift behind that counter, I learned what a well-run small business can do. Not just for the owners, but for the employees, their families, and the whole community around it.
That image never left me. After earning my MBA and PMP certification and spending years in corporate America, I kept gravitating back to the same question: why do so many small and mid-sized businesses struggle to outlast their founders? When I discovered EOS, I finally had a framework that could solve that problem. I became a full-time Professional EOS Implementer® because I believe every leadership team deserves to achieve their dreams.
