I’ve been an entrepreneur from an early age, inspired by watching my dad run his own business. I wasted no time starting my first “real” business right after college. Before launching Professionals for Success, I observed, researched, and learned from other businesses—taking the best systems and ideas and building a better lead generation company.
During my career in sales and business development, I launched another business in 2008 to help companies establish and fine-tune their sales systems. Through a client, I was introduced to training and organizational development—and it quickly became part of my DNA. This work eventually led me to an organization running on EOS, and from that moment, the game was forever changed.
After working with that team, I gained an end-to-end view of EOS—from the leadership team to department heads to employees. I eventually decided to “take the show on the road” and become an EOS Implementer myself. In this role, I’ve found my own full potential—helping others discover theirs.
