I love helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams get more of what they want from their businesses. I grew up in a family business in Buffalo NY and experienced firsthand the struggles, challenges and excitement that owners face.
I began my professional career working with family businesses for 10 years and then spent six years building a manufacturing services business from the ground up. During a period of rapid growth, I started to hit speed bumps and that is when I was first exposed to the EOS model and tools. I then implemented EOS at another company that I acquired and saw the results firsthand – significant top and bottom line growth, improved culture and leadership, increased accountability and much more fun along the way!
I now spend my time as an EOS Implementer living my passion of teaching and facilitating leadership teams to run a better business and live a better life. I am deeply invested in Buffalo’s growth through my direct investments and involvement in multiple community organizations, and by working with my clients to accelerate Buffalo’s progress and make a lasting impact for good.
