Michael caught the entrepreneurial bug in his first real job, joining four other people in building an organization from scratch. He found the pace, energy, and opportunity to make an impact intoxicating. After a stint in the corporate world, Michael returned to his entrepreneurial roots and worked with multiple entrepreneurial companies to help maximize their value.
During this time, Michael learned that it takes hard work, courage, and creativity to succeed, and with all that, still be faced with challenges in profits, people, and process. Through much trial-and-error, he found that with a clear vision, discipline and real accountability, and a cohesive team the business is easier to manage, more profitable and more fun.
With a deep passion and gift for working with entrepreneurs to get the most out of their business, Michael set out to find a simple set of practical tools that could be implemented in small to medium sized businesses. As fate would have it, he was introduced to Traction and the EOS model.
