At 18 years old, I threw myself into the real world of entrepreneurship (and began growing my family of 9). I ran my own College Pro Painting franchise for 3 years, earning Rookie of the Year, President’s Club, and Quality Outlet of the Year. I learned and performed the marketing, sales, recruiting, hiring, training, and managing for 3 crews of exterior painters, growing my skills in leadership development. When I joined Select Painting, I further used those skills as I rose from Production Manager to President as the company went from 5 employees to over 100. I then transitioned into coaching and helping hundreds of others through what I had learned.
