About

I don’t coach from the sidelines — I spent nearly two decades as an operator on a medical device manufacturing leadership team, scaling a 50+-year-old family-owned company from $70M to $200M through multiple mergers and acquisitions. I’ve been in the chair as a new emerging leader, without a rulebook or tools on how to manage a team of people. I’ve lived the chaos of rapid growth and navigated M&A from both the buying and selling side.

That operator experience shapes everything about how I coach teams. EOS®works. I see the success my clients have with the system and it’s used by over 250,000 companies. The tools are simple, but the work is not easy. And it’s through my experience as an operator that I guide you through the process and provide you and your team with the reinforcement you need to reach your highest potential.

One of my unique superpowers is helping leadership teams see the gaps, inconsistencies, and blind spots they’re too close to recognize — and naming them directly. I’m strong-willed, diagnostically curious, and I will push your team to confront what’s really holding you back.

I also bring an energy to our sessions that keeps teams engaged through the hardest work. EOS® implementation is demanding — I create a room where people can hear hard truths and still leave ready to act.
