I don’t coach from the sidelines — I spent nearly two decades as an operator on a medical device manufacturing leadership team, scaling a 50+-year-old family-owned company from $70M to $200M through multiple mergers and acquisitions. I’ve been in the chair as a new emerging leader, without a rulebook or tools on how to manage a team of people. I’ve lived the chaos of rapid growth and navigated M&A from both the buying and selling side.
