Growing up in an entrepreneurial household launched my passion for business. Dinner table discussions where often about growing the family business or resolving pressing issues. At an early age I was exposed to the struggles, challenges and uncertainty that business owners face.
Post college, I worked for several Fortune 500 companies doing everything from strategy development to project execution, eventually running programs with multi-million-dollar budgets. After 20+ years of corporate life, I decided to get back to my roots and join the leadership team of my family’s business. We implemented EOS and had great success! For the first time, the company had clear direction, accountability, and functional, collaborative teams that solved issues. Within 4-years the company became known in the industry for being well ran, profitable, and having a great culture. Ultimately a national competitor made an amazing acquisition offer and the business was sold!
Through my EOS experience I became passionate about helping other business owners and leadership teams achieve their success. My journey with EOS is allowing me to live my desire of helping entrepreneurial companies succeed.
