Hi, I’m Melinda—a licensed attorney, entrepreneur, and EOS Implementer (and a lifelong champion of “less chaos, more clarity!”). For over 20 years, I’ve worn all the hats: business owner, trusted advisor, team builder, steady hand in a storm, and sounding board for fellow leaders navigating growth.
I’ve launched new ventures from the ground up, led large organizations with hundreds of employees, and managed multimillion-dollar budgets—so I know firsthand the rollercoaster of building a business. Through all the excitement, challenges, and moments of “how do we fix this?” I discovered there’s always a way forward (and it doesn’t have to be so overwhelming).
When I’m not working with clients or facilitating clarity, you’ll find me spending time with my family and my German Shepherd, exploring new places, planning my next travel adventure, or testing my skills in escape rooms. And if I get a quiet moment, I’m probably lost in a great thriller novel.
