Once upon a time, I coached humans and horses to dance. Today it’s leaders and their teams.
I grew up in Maine watching my entrepreneurial family lead an energizing, nimble life. I knew they had the life I wanted.
So, when a founder invited me to join her venture I said YES! We experienced the rocket fuel of a strong Visionary/Integrator duo and grew quickly, across multiple locations. That’s where I discovered the magic of distributed teams organized around intentional communication across time zones and cultures. I’ve never looked back.
Adding people added complexity. Soon it felt like we were playing daily whack-a-mole. We were experiencing external success and internal exhaustion.
Through coaches and peer groups, we discovered the power of running on an operating system.
We increased revenue 20X and strengthened into a scalable, multinational enterprise. I helped transition the family business to the next generation and I was ready for my next adventure.
Since then, I have guided chaos into cohesion across 500+ EOS sessions and 50+ organizations in numerous industries, many of them virtual-first, many of them global. My deep CFO background means I also see your business through a financial lens and help you pull the levers that actually move the numbers.
