Hi! I’m Meg – a reluctant entrepreneur. I grew up in family businesses and am a 4th generation business owner. But that wasn’t my plan EVER. I witnessed how hard my family worked. The ups & downs of business were constants in our home.
Yet, my husband and I purchased a business of our own. We navigated rapid growth, experienced a total loss fire, received national recognition from the SBA, tapped out lines of credit – it was a roller coaster. When times were good – working in our business was a blast. When times were tough – it was chaotic and emotional.
In 2015 I read Traction, and it outlined a simple system that delivered relief from turmoil. With EOS running in our business, I shared the tools, disciplines & process with other entrepreneurial organizations. I’ve facilitated over 300 full-day sessions with leaders from more than 50 businesses. Being outside a major metro doesn’t mean you have to think or be small. EOS helps businesses think bigger. It takes a unique approach and different tools for companies to thrive in the less populated region at the western tip of Lake Superior. That’s why I implement EOS with businesses that, like me, are located north-by-choice.
