I graduated dental school in 2007 with a tremendous amount of amazing dental knowledge, but zero business training. I built a very successful dental practice, but I was stressed to the bone & miserable. I was the bottleneck in the organization and I always brought work home with me.
I joined the Austin Entrepreneur’s Organization chapter to learn how to be a better leader and the book Traction was recommended to me. I quickly hired an Implementor and with the help of EOS, I was able to scale my practice from $2M-$4M in just a few short years. Most importantly, I got my life back.
Its my mission to help other small business owners to gain their life back as well.
