Matt spent the first part of his business career with an engineering consulting firm. Over the course of a 10-year period, he as part of the leadership team took that firm from 15 employees to over 200 employees nationally. There were definitely some challenges and major obstacles along the way, but luckily Matt and the leadership team found EOS in the early part of the journey and it helped them to break through a series of ceilings when growing the business.
Matt was the integrator in that business and as they grew the business through acquisition, Matt worked with every new company that was acquired around the country. He successfully implemented EOS into 10 different offices making a significant difference to not only their financial performance but their health and culture.
Matt has since gone on to pursue that passion of helping other business owners run a better business full time.
