Matthew Abrams has spent the past two decades as a facilitator, entrepreneur, and coach dedicated to helping leaders grow. In his 20s, he founded an incubator for purpose-driven entrepreneurs, guiding over 200 founders from idea to market.
He spent the following 7 years facilitating transformational experiences for seasoned entrepreneurs through EO and YPO.
8 years ago, Matthew found his true calling in EOS. Since then, he’s worked with more than 80 companies and facilitated over 600 sessions, helping leadership teams gain clarity, traction, and results.
Matthew holds a Master’s in Leadership and Management. He is a published author and journalist for numerous top tier publications on the topics of leadership, productive conflict, and team health. He lives in Asheville, NC, with his wife, son, and their dog Jaxon.
