Matt is a Professional EOS Implementer and serial entrepreneur who brings something most implementers can’t, he’s lived it. Before helping other founders build more disciplined, scalable businesses, Matt founded and exited two companies, including SessionGuru, a SaaS platform acquired by EOS Worldwide. He didn’t just study the Entrepreneurial Operating System; he used it to build businesses worth buying.
Based in Los Angeles, Matt works with founders and CEOs of companies between 10 and 300 employees who are stuck in the day-to-day, struggling to get traction, or preparing to take their business to the next level. His background spans SaaS, enterprise sales within the Salesforce ecosystem, and hands-on leadership through every stage of the founder journey, from early hustle to successful exit.
Matt’s approach goes beyond implementation. He combines EOS with a founder’s perspective to help leadership teams build a culture of shared vision and accountability that runs without the owner at the center of everything. His clients don’t just get a framework, they get a partner who has personally navigated the decisions, the team dynamics, and the trade-offs that come with building something real.
When he’s not working with clients, Matt hosts Founders Table, an invitation only conversation series for founders and CEOs, or he’s carpooling his kids around town.
