About

For more than 25 years, I’ve coached hundreds of individuals and teams on six continents to get what they want and deserve from business and from life–the last seven years have been spent living and teaching EOS tools.

I am a world-class facilitator, teacher, and coach. I LOVE teaching and love turning complexity into simplicity and simplicity into action. I know how to balance firm facilitation with flexible adaptation. I know which conversations need time to expand and which need to stop. I ensure every minute we spend together is worthwhile.
I have a broad and deep understanding of business and entrepreneurship. I have the pedigree and intellectual foundation to quickly learn and strengthen any business–but it’s my personal experience as a business leader and entrepreneur that makes the greatest difference. I know how to solve problems, seize opportunities, and GROW. I have fought HARD in entrepreneurial trenches.
I prioritize and truly care about people. I believe people are the greatest strength and greatest weakness of a business. I know how to lead people and how to build healthy teams and cultures–and I can teach others to do the same.
