For more than 17 years, I have been building and running businesses that are anything but ordinary. As the largest franchisee in the Aussie Pet Mobile system, I have led a high performance team of over 25 groomers and 27 mobile grooming vans, serving thousands of clients across Greater Memphis and West Tennessee. Through that journey, I have experienced firsthand the strain of being a business owner without a system and the freedom that comes when you finally install one.
I discovered EOS when I was deep in the grind: working harder, putting out fires, and feeling like the business was running me instead of the other way around. That moment changed everything. EOS gave me clarity, alignment, and traction. It helped me transform chaos into a business that runs with accountability, structure, and purpose. It also gave me something I didn’t know was possible as an owner: my life back.

Outside the office, I am fueled by adventure. Whether I am backpacking deep into national parks with close friends or pushing my limits through endurance sports like cycling, trail running, or Ironman races, I believe the best leaders are the ones who get out of their comfort zones on purpose. The lessons learned on a trail at sunrise or on mile 48 of a training ride translate directly into how I lead, coach, and implement.
