Martin has started, run and been on the leadership team of businesses, both small and large. He was invited from Australia to become a Director in the International Strategic Marketing Group of The Coca-Cola Company based in the USA.
His role was to ensure that the leadership teams in each country had a clear vision for their brands and business and got traction against their vision. After 7 years Martin returned to Australia where he ran a Communications Group working with companies such as Apple, PlayStation and a local Bank.
He was then asked to join Australia’s largest shopping centre group, Westfield, as General Manager, to start up a new business called BrandSpace. He created a vision, build a tremendous team and gained traction to the point where BrandSpace became Australia’s largest retail media business.
Martin was also Director of the Retail Association, POPAI. Here he met a number of members that wanted help to exit their business.
As a result Martin started a business strengthening and selling other businesses. Martin was invited to be in the first intake of EOS Implementers in Australia and New Zealand.
He combines his wealth of business experience with his knowledge of EOS and as an Implementer has worked with a large variety of businesses across a range of different industries.
