With decades of financial leadership experience, including serving in CFO and Controller roles, I bring a practical understanding of both the financial and operational challenges business owners face.

Throughout my career, I led finance functions and worked closely with business owners and leadership teams to strengthen financial reporting, improve forecasting and cash flow management, establish effective processes and controls, and turn financial information into actionable business insights. My approach goes beyond reporting the numbers—I help leadership teams understand what the numbers mean, identify opportunities and risks, and make better-informed decisions about the future of their businesses.

My introduction to the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) began in 2016, when my previous company was growing rapidly but struggling within the current structure. EOS proved to be a game changer, helping the organization align internally while creating greater accountability, focus, and opportunities for employee development. That experience culminated  in a sale and ultimately led me to becoming an EOS Implementer®. Today, I help leadership teams gain Traction®, build healthier organizations, and achieve their vision.

We have a Core Value and philosophy of “Help First”. This mindset  guides my work with clients and everyone I meet. In helping companies implement EOS, my focus is on understanding what a business needs, providing practical guidance, and helping its leaders build a stronger organization.
