I’ve been there. Twice. I founded my first training company in England at 23 and my second in the US at 26. Without knowing the language for it yet, I was the Integrator in one and the Visionary in the other. Our daily battle was matching capacity to sales, and the lesson that stuck was simple: get the right people on board, give them the right tools, and most problems solve themselves. Get that wrong and nothing else matters.

That experience sent me down a path — an MBA, a doctorate in Organizational Development, years teaching entrepreneurship and leadership at the college level — all chasing one question: what actually makes a leadership team work? EOS is the best answer I’ve found. Simple, complete, and proven.
