After serving in the military, I started working for a large Engineering and Construction company that designed, built, and established manufacturing facilities globally. I became a part of the leadership team and successfully led several multimillion-dollar projects across the world.
With 20 years of experience in the corporate world and managing thousands of employees, I decided to focus my efforts on helping entrepreneurial organizations grow and build their businesses. I have helped five companies increase their growth by 60% or more, with one company experiencing a 100% increase in revenue, going from 8 million to 16 million in just 2 and a half years.
In my efforts to grow these companies, I placed a strong emphasis on the importance of creating a strong vision and the communication of that vision throughout the entire organization. My objective was to not only communicate the vision clearly, but to also build strong teams capable of executing on that vision.
For the past 40 years, I have learned what works and what doesn’t, and I have dedicated my life to what works and that is why I became an EOS Implementer.
Today, I work directly with business owners and leadership teams to simplify their business, clarify their direction, strengthen their team, and build the structure needed to consistently achieve their goals.
