As a young entrepreneur, I started my first business when I was ten years old, mowing lawns in my hometown. Since then, I’ve accumulated two decades of experience growing multiple million-dollar businesses, earning a place on BRW’s Fast 100 growing companies in Australia three years in a row.
At 21, I co-owned and operated a fuel retailing and property business with annual revenues of $20m. It became a ‘top 50’ store within the Caltex network before successfully negotiating a head lease to Caltex Australia Ltd and Woolworths Ltd.
Then at 27, I co-owned and led a successful Sydney-based construction business, which grew to 70 full-time staff and circa $65m in revenue. It ranked on the BRW Fast 100 growing companies in Australia for 2015, 2016, and 2017 before I made a successful exit in 2018.
During this period, I discovered EOS©, a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that have helped thousands of entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. With real-world, hard-won business ownership experience, these tools helped me scale my business profitably and achieve its long-term vision.
