Hi! My name is Marie. Leader and entrepreneur. Dog mom. Hallmark Christmas movie enthusiast.
My story:
I’ve been in leadership roles for over 15 years, including climbing the ladder to COO and Integrator at a family owned home care agency. When I started with this company, it was small but growing quickly – all hands on deck mentality. And that worked great…until it didn’t.
What once was teamwork, became people stretched beyond capacity. Dedication turned to burnout. And fun turned toxic. That’s where EOS came in…
We started our EOS implementation in 2019 – and damn, did things change. Culture shifted. Teams aligned. The business thrived. It didn’t happen overnight (obviously), but we did the work and transformed our organization.
That’s why I do this work now.
I saw EOS in action and how it can strengthen a business. When culture is strong and you have alignment, your team is showing up at their best. And that means better results: higher revenues, less turnover, and happier clients – not just employees.
You don’t have to keep living the way you are now…up in the middle of the night, worried, paralyzed by the overwhelm and workload.
Survival mode is not the answer to a thriving business. EOS is. And I knew I would never run a business without it again.
