I realized my true passion was entrepreneurship when someone called me an “intrapreneur” while working in the corporate world. They noticed my constant focus on where we needed to take the business and how to get us there rather than staying comfortable with the status quo.
In 2010, I started my own firm to help small and midsize organizations build and execute their growth strategies. Seven years later I learned about EOS and quickly decided to become a Professional EOS Implementer. It’s been exciting to see my clients make great improvements in their businesses with EOS. I love watching them achieve their growth objectives while becoming more cohesive, effective leadership teams rather than a group of individuals who make detached decisions.
My “help first” spirit, keeps me actively volunteering in the business community. Currently I serve as Chair of ANSB (Advisory Network for Small Businesses) and a member of the Board of Directors of MEA (MidAtlantic Employers’ Association). Previously I’ve served on the Boards of Beacon, Philadelphia Chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the Governing Body of AthenaPowerLink® NAWBO Delaware Valley.
