EOS changed that. Within a year, revenue climbed 47 percent. But the number that mattered more: I was finally leading. Not managing chaos, not firefighting. Leading.

That experience didn’t just build my belief in EOS. It became the reason I do this work.

Today I help entrepreneurial leadership teams get clear on where they’re going, get the right people in the right seats, and build the discipline to execute quarter over quarter. As a Certified EOS Implementer, I bring the full system, direct facilitation, and a style rooted in both empathy and accountability.
