I know what it feels like to build a business, lead people, and carry the weight that comes with growth.

I’ve built and scaled companies, including growing a startup to more than 100 employees, and I’ve helped over 100 entrepreneurs and leadership teams gain clarity, strengthen accountability, and get better results.

Today, as a Certified EOS Implementer®, I help leadership teams cut through complexity, have the conversations they’ve been avoiding, and build a healthier, more accountable organization.

My style is straightforward, practical, and highly engaged. I work best with leaders who are ready to be open, make decisions, and create real change.

I don’t approach EOS as theory. I’ve lived the challenges it is designed to solve, and my goal is simple: help entrepreneurs get more of what they want from their business and build a company that can thrive without everything depending on them.
