After graduating from LSU in Engineering, Malcolm made the decision to go to work for his dad in his small copier company. Ultimately, Malcolm ended up buying the company from his father by the time he was 35 years old.
He had met all of his long-term goals early and sold the company and retired at age 45. In the 6 years of retirement, he had a strong desire to share what he had learned so he became what’s known as a Vistage Chair of a CEO peer group.
In working with over 75 owners, CEO’s and executives over the last 9 years, Malcolm noticed a common theme. They all wanted someone with boots on the ground to come into their organizations and install a simple system, with discipline and accountability to help them achieve their visions.
