I’ve been engaged in family-run businesses all my life. Strong academically in math & science, I yearned to know a different side of life. I became one of the working poor, then joined a ministry to provide services. Finally, I returned to my roots and became a business owner. Now I weave those experiences into vision, traction and healthy for founders and their teams. What can we build that is an extraordinary value for customers, owners, and employees?
My work also flows from mindfulness practices I began as a child. Inspired by the concept of Tikkun Olam, that is, to “repair the world”. I love working together to create stable, healthy, sustainable businesses for lasting and meaningful success.
