Before stepping into her current role as a business coach and consultant, Lycia built a successful career in the automotive industry. She began as a Finance Manager, advancing to General Sales Manager and then General Manager of the most profitable Dodge dealership in the Minneapolis, MN zone. In 2000, she achieved a major milestone by purchasing and operating her own Ford dealership.
Since 2010, Lycia has focused her expertise on empowering business leaders to clarify their vision, align their teams, and accelerate growth. Her approach consistently results in stronger bottom-line performance and healthier, more cohesive organizational cultures.
