While working full-time as a young engineer fresh out of college, I started a part-time side business helping companies use their first computers. I later increased my attention to the business from part-time to full-time – and never looked back! In the decades that followed, that company (Wolf Consulting) grew to become a leading provider of computer support for Pittsburgh-area businesses.
Over those 30 years, I experienced all the aspects of entrepreneurship – including some nice successes, as well as my share of mistakes, setbacks and sleepless nights with frustrations about the business. I also received many blessings. One blessing relates to EOS. In 2015, a trusted business friend handed me a copy of the Traction book and introduced me to EOS. It really resonated with me and my leaders. We hired an EOS Implementer and successfully used the EOS concepts and tools for the last 4 years I ran the business, and they still run on it today.
After 30 years, I successfully sold my ownership in the business and retired from the company. I love what EOS did for my own business, and I have a passion for helping business owners and leaders achieve more and get everything they want from their business. As a Certified EOS Implementer in Pittsburgh, I have the honor and privilege of working with business owners and leaders as their guide to successfully implement EOS – so just like me, they too can experience the benefits of EOS in their businesses and lives.
