I’ve spent over three decades launching, growing, and selling businesses across multiple industries, including retail, professional services, and a bakery franchise.

One of the most defining chapters of my journey was growing a company nationally. That experience taught me more than any other. While the rapid growth was incredibly rewarding, it also brought significant challenges as we worked to keep pace with expansion.

During that time, I realized I had lost all sense of work-life balance. The demands of the business began to impact my husband, my children, and my health, and it became clear that something needed to change.

That turning point came when a friend introduced me to EOS. It transformed not only how I ran the business but also how I lived my life. With EOS, we scaled the company nationally and, four years later, sold it for ten times its initial value.

Most importantly, I gained the freedom to focus on what truly matters.

Today, I own a home service business, which allows me to continue applying these principles in real time. This ongoing experience strengthens how I support other entrepreneurs.
