My professional journey began in the telco industry, where I quickly advanced to lead a team of seasoned engineers despite being the youngest and least experienced. Over a decade, I transitioned from technical to commercial roles, discovering my passion for working with people and building high-performing teams.
In 2009, I co-founded an IT company, which saw early success but faced significant growth challenges. In 2015, I was introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which became a game-changer. By implementing EOS, we doubled our workforce to 50 employees, surpassed €10M in revenue, and radically transformed our operations. This led to the development of a strong leadership team, allowing me to step back from daily decision-making and smoothly transition out of the business.
Today, I am fully dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs overcome similar challenges by implementing EOS in their own businesses. With my experience as a Fractional Integrator and Professional EOS Implementer, I am committed to empowering leaders to achieve sustainable growth and create a lasting impact.
