I grew up in an entrepreneurial home and where my father taught me to give more than expected in every situation – that advice has served me well. In fact it has been pivotal in my own entrepreneurial journey which is rather unique in that it includes government, death, and taxes. Let’s just skip the government part… and go straight my time in a leadership role at a funeral home and cemetery office where I learned that I have a real instinct for organizing chaos and a deep love for elevating teams.
Later I was recruited by a tax office to run their day to day operations – which I did for 14 years. Eleven years in, we hit a revenue and growth ceiling that we just could not punch through on our own. As part of the leadership team, we were introduced to Traction and professional implementation.
That implementation was transformative not only for the tax office – they are hitting their numbers and growing year over year – but transformative for me as well. I was able to reconnect with my love of elevating others. I decided to follow that passion full-time, which led me to start my own business as a Certified EOS Implementer®
