Lena grew up in Canberra with an entrepreneurial father who sparked her interest in how businesses worked and grew. This led to a business degree and an MBA though she found that all the theory did not always help business owners solve their frustrations and issues in the heat of the moment in a real-world situation. Over her 25+ year career, she has started or been a partner in four businesses and worked in, on, and with hundreds of professional practices all over Australia. In her last business, Lena was introduced to EOS and worked with an EOS Implementer to embed EOS into that business. Lena loved the benefits so much that she is now here to help other owners and leadership teams have a successful EOS journey too.
