About

I’ve spent my career leading and growing teams, but I always felt something was missing. That changed when I was part of the leadership team at a bootstrapped tech startup.

As our company grew, so did our challenges. Communication broke down, accountability slipped, and we hit a ceiling. We brought in an EOS Implementer, and the experience was transformational. Our team got aligned, our culture strengthened, and we were finally able to grow with clarity and intention.

That experience inspired me to become a Certified EOS Implementer so I could help other leaders and teams experience the same kind of breakthrough. Today, I work with Maine-based leadership teams who are ready to get unstuck, create healthy dynamics, and build businesses that serve both their clients and their people.

Seeing these shifts happen within teams is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. My goal is to help leaders create not just stronger companies, but better lives for themselves and their teams, right here in Maine.
