About

I’m a Professional EOS Implementer, entrepreneur, and experienced SaaS and technology operator. I first discovered EOS in 2015 while helping lead BrightGauge Software, where I served as CRO and helped scale the business through rapid growth and a successful acquisition. After years of self-implementing EOS, I experienced firsthand what a great Professional EOS Implementer could unlock for a leadership team.

Today, I’m Co-Founder and President/Visionary of Strety, an EOS Worldwide licensed software platform supporting thousands of companies running on EOS. My experience spans SaaS, MSPs and managed IT services, recurring-revenue businesses, sales and revenue leadership, acquisitions, and the challenges that come with scaling a founder-led company.

I’m especially well-suited to leadership teams that are growing quickly, hitting a ceiling, becoming too dependent on the founder, or struggling to turn vision into consistent execution. My approach is practical and direct: get the right people in the right seats, clarify the few priorities that matter most, solve the real issues, and build the accountability and meeting rhythms that keep working long after I leave the room.

I’ve been the leader trying to grow a company, get the team aligned, and figure out what was getting in our way. EOS changed how we ran our business, and a great Implementer helped us get even more from it.
